Texas Hold’em

Omaha Poker

There are two types of omaha: pot limit and fixed limit. The only real difference between these two is that in pot limit, there is no limit on how much players can bet on each turn – things can get pretty wild!

Omaha Hi/Lo
Omaha Hi/Lo is similar to Texas Hold’em, except each player has four hole cards rather than two. The best five-card high hand and low hand split the pot at showdown. Aces count as both high and low, so the best possible low hand is A-2-3-4-5. If there’s no qualifying low hand, the high hand scoops the pot.

Seven Card Stud

Razz
Also known as Seven Card Stud Low, Razz is a seven-card stud game where players try to make the best five card low hand from their seven cards. Straights and flushes don’t count against you for low so the best possible hand is A-2-3-4-5 (the “wheel” or “bike”). Like Omaha Hi/Lo, if there’s no qualifying low.
