Playing with four betting rounds and flop, turn and river just like normal Omaha, each player is dealt four cards. At the end of the hand, however, you will also receive two hole cards that are kept secret from other players.

3. Doubling down

After the player has bet and the dealer has dealt two cards, there are three betting options open to the player. The first is to take one of their original two cards and discard it in return for a card from the dealer. The second option is to stand pat with their original two cards, meaning that they don’t have any cards to discard. This also means that all bets remain at the same level as before.

4. Settlement

If you were dealt a two card 21 (blackjack) on the first two cards you were dealt in your hand, you would get your bet back. If the dealer ends up with a total of 21 or less, they will pay each player at the table having a higher total (not exceeding 21) and collect the bets of all players having a lower total.  This is known as ‘payout blackjack’.
